Project C.O.P.E (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience) is a challenge or ropes course.

Its events are meant to inspire an individual to reach their potential. C.O.P.Eā€™s activities have been carefully designed and constructed to offer its participants a challenging and exciting arena in which to challenge themselves. Encouraged for older scouts, C.O.P.E. focuses on leadership and team building, helping participants build a cohesive team. This is done through games, riddles, and challenges in both the low C.O.P.E. challenge course as well as the high ropes course.

Scouts must be 13 years of age by January 1 of the year they are in camp to participate in C.O.P.E or High Ropes programs.
