Forgotten Username/Password


   The Summer Camp Planner is only available to the scoutmaster or other leader that registered the troop for summer camp. If you have forgotten your password you can use this form to have your password reset. When you enter in your username, and click reset an message containing a new temporary password will be sent to the email address used to activate the account. Once you receive this email you may use this temporary password to log in once, at which time the planner will require you to change this to a new password only you will know. If you have forgotten your user name please email us at support@ransburgbsa.org. We will try to get back to you within 48 hours.
